1 Who we are
Mushr is a product of FTG B.V. (VAT BE1038.717.273), a Belgian company that provides software for mushroom growers. We are the data controller for the personal data you give us in the context of your account, and the processor for the personal data you store in your own tenant.
2 What data we process
For managing your account we process: name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, and billing details. We also process the data you store in your tenant — that's covered by the Data Processing Agreement.
3 Where your data lives
Our servers are with an EU hosting provider in a datacenter inside the European Economic Area. We encrypt data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). For a full list of sub-processors see the page on the left.
4 Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or take your data to another provider. Send a request to [email protected] — you'll have a response within 30 days.
